Art Venues

Iloilo art scene has never been as active as it is today. The practice of art which encompasses various forms such as visual, performing, dancing, film, literature, music, and other creative activities has been pursued by the talented, emerging and established local artists. Many artistic and creative ideas are expressed through diverse movements, exhibits, festivals, performances, concerts and other forms of art gatherings. These activities are hosted in or happening at different art venues in Iloilo.

As it is important for the artists to have a venue or platform to show their masterpieces, it is also important for the public to locate the places where they can indulge in the art that they enjoy. There are museums, galleries, alternative art spaces, art cinema, cafes, auditoriums, cultural center and art villages where people can catch sight of, hear, feel and experience local art. There are even walls and dead spaces turned into creative pieces to let people of the community experience art. The venues in Iloilo provide an opportunity to bridge the connection between art, artists and community.

Here we have listed frequently used venues for art exhibitions and performances. We have included the numbers and other contact details for each venue should you need to know more about their schedule and activities.
